It's five months til the launch of Mars One.The first ship to begin the permanent colonisation of Mars.
Launched in co-operation with the New Britannia Alliance at their Fawkes Launch Facility on the Isle of Man.
Delegation from the Norwegian Protectorate states of Norway,Sweden,and Finland will be in attendance along with Alliance Prime Minister Neil Denning.Attending the launch as well will be Mexican Federation President Manuel Calderon and the Governors from the territorial capitals of Los Angeles and San Antonio.
It was not very long past what was once Europe and the United States tore themselves to near extinction in blood soaked civil wars that changed them forever more.It wasn't til 2019 that the combined armies of China,Russia,Indonesia,and the Pacific Rim nations rose up to halt the Muslim/Islamic attempt to control the world.

The Canadian Provincial Territories absorbed what was left of the forty-nine states.The Hawaiian Islands were given back their independence to form a long term trade alliance with Japan.
Our fragile world still has it's instabilities.But we've avoided the fated third world war,put down the latest threat to global imperialism,and begun our move finally out to the stars..
